Herbology Health Class
Join the Sociable Homeschoolers of San Antonio and experience the highly anticipated «New To Herbs Course» with an Advanced Master Herbalist! Join them every last Thursday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm throughout the school year for a herbal journey suitable for all ages.
The Advanced Master Herbalist will guide participants in discovering the power of herbs for enhanced well-being. This immersive course covers herbs like Chickweed, Violet, Dandelion, Plantain, and more, offering hands-on activities such as medicine making, plant observation, crafts, botany, and engaging research.
Monthly lessons focus on specific herbs, starting with Chickweed on 2/1, Violet on 2/29, Dandelion on 4/11, and Plantain on 5/16. The cost is $15 per student per month, with payment due on February 1st, 2024, at 3:00 pm.
The event will be held at the Al Becken pavilion, rain or shine. Come prepared with water, bug spray, personal fans, and warm clothing. Stay updated on announcements via the Facebook page.
