A plan to retire San Antonio’s last remaining coal plant by 2030 is being developed within CPS Energy’s Rate Advisory Committee. While the meeting is broadcast on CPS Energy’s YouTube channel, public comments are available ONLY to those attending in person, according to Angela D. Rodriguez, CPS director of climate strategy & sustainability.
