Community members will gather on to express their outrage over the story of Officer Dezi Rios being allowed to stay on the SAPD force after a long record of repeated, dangerous offenses. We are calling for the firing of all bad cops!
Further, we will also be calling for full transparency and action from the District Attorney’s new Civil Rights Unit, and urge the city to not back down on police discipline in ongoing police contract negotiations.
