Event Details

The Food Policy Council of San Antonio would like to invite participants to a conversation around the Tamöx Talöm Food Forest and other opportunities for exploring food sovereignty in our city. This Open Space Meeting will seek to facilitate a diversity of ideas and voices, centering communities of color and other historically
marginalized groups.

For this conversation we will explore 3 main questions:

How could the Tamöx Talöm Food Forest be a space for food sovereignty to happen?

What does food sovereignty mean in San Antonio?

How can the Tamöx Talöm Food Forest show what food sovereignty could look like in San Antonio?
