Join us in celebrating a momentous milestone— the one year birthday of The San Antonio Liberation Center 🎉 on Saturday, November 11th, from 2 pm to 5 pm*.
Over the past year, we’ve grown tremendously and deepened our network across San Antonio in an effort to connect the leading grassroots popular movements, organizations, and struggles of the international working class. Come celebrate all we’ve accomplished together and all that we will do together in the years ahead!
We have several exciting activities open to our Eastside community as well as San Antonio residents at large.
Event Highlights:
🛒 People’s Market: showcasing handcrafted goods from local vendors.
🎨 Fun For Kids: Face Painting
🎺 Live Music: Vibe to the beats of a live DJ and enjoy captivating live music from local artists.
🌭 Great Food: Grilled hotdogs and burgers, Elote en un vaso, and cotton candy.
🎁 Raffle Drawing: Don’t miss your chance to win exciting prizes in our raffle draw, with all proceeds supporting The Liberation Center’s mission to build internationalism by uplifting working-class movements & culture.
📖 Radical Literature: Discuss radical literature and browse though our library of revolutionary texts by publisher 1804 Books.
🎤 Slam Poetry / Speakers: Friends of the San Antonio Liberation Center give voice to your struggle and speak to the achievements made in the local movement.
