Brackenridge Park Reconciled Plan—Public Information Meeting (FWIW)
The City of San Antonio and Brackenridge Park Conservancy said this process of building a “reconciled plan” for Brackenridge Park would not impact previously approved projects—including the bond-funded redevelopment project now launching another wave of attacks on migratory birds in the park as the City prepares to remove elder trees from the headwaters to fix the river wall and construct a new “story of water” through the river channel.
Clearly they were telling the truth about that bit.
So here we are with a third meeting on this “reconciliation.” What could it actually deliver if it can’t stop the chainsaws and board knockers?
