Jazz in the Garden at the Japanese Tea Garden
San Antonio Parks Foundation and KRTU 91.7 FM presents the Fall Jazz in the Garden Concerts.
The Toro Flores Quintet is a premier ensemble showcases San Antonio’s top musicians: Toro on vibraphone, Joe Caploe on drums, Mark Little on keys, Brandon Rivas on bass, and Georgie Padilla on percussion. On Friday, October 18th, this exceptional quintet will deliver an engaging performance featuring a captivating blend of intricate rhythms, sophisticated harmonic structures, and a diverse range of musical styles.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair or blanket for seating. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Jingu House Café, with a portion of sales supporting garden preservation.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Leashed pets are welcome.
