Native Prairie Restoration Workshop for BIG or small spaces
Join us for two information-filled hours on tips and resources for a successful native plant restoration. We’ll discuss how to know if more diversity should be added to the plant community, where to find information on what seeds should be planted, how to prepare the seedbed, how to plant, and what to expect after the planting.
Sometimes, native prairie restoration can be achieved without adding new plants but through the reduction of noxious or invasive plants in the landscape. We’ll discuss simple ideas to combat these unwanted species!
