EPA Webinar Series for Tribes and Indigenous Peoples

Tribes and Indigenous Peoples across the country are constructing plans to adapt to climate change. This webinar will focus on the issues Tribes across diverse geographical regions face due to climate change, including disproportionate impacts, and what strategies they are utilizing to address these issues. The webinar will also discuss the experiences Tribes have had developing and implementing their adaptation plans, including the challenges they faced and ways they addressed these challenges, as well as approaches for involving the public in the development of their plans. Last, the presenters will share how their Tribes, Tribal communities, and/or Indigenous communities are working with the Federal Government and other stakeholders to support their efforts to adapt to climate change.
