Webinar: Defunding Environmental Racism in the Gulf South

Black and Indigenous people in the Gulf South have historically and continue to bear the brunt of the fossil fuel industry’s insatiable appetite for profits. As a member of the Stop the Money Pipeline, we invite you to hear directly from leaders of the Gulf frontlines about their experiences of environmental racism and take digital action in solidarity with them.
The webinar will take place on the evening of Wednesday, March 15 on zoom at 5:00 PT / 7:00 CT/ 8:00 ET. RSVP now!
On Wednesday, March 15th will hear from John Beard of Port Arthur Community Action Network (Texas), Roishetta Ozane of the Vessel Project (Louisiana), Michael Esealuka of Healthy Gulf (Louisiana), RISE St. James, and Juan Mancias of Carrizo Comecrudo Tribe of Texas on their ongoing fight for clean air, water, and land.
RSVP and then send this to a friend!
