MAS Noche de Orgullo with Proyekto Kumbia

The St. Philip’s College Mexican American Studies Program will be hosting their 2nd Annual Noche de Orgullo: Envisioning the Next 125 Years, an event designed to highlight the growing need for Latinx students in STEM fields. The evening will be an opportunity to welcome students and their families onto campus, mark National Hispanic Serving Institution Week, and launch SPC’s Hispanic Heritage Month. This year, Noche de Orgullo will also serve as a celebration of SPC’s 125th Anniversary and to commemorate this momentous occasion we will be hosting a live concert featuring Mexican-American band Proyekto Kumbia, formerly known as Kumbia Kings, at SPC’s Southwest Campus.
