San Antonians for Rail Transit June Meeting
San Antonians for Rail Transit (SART) invites the community to their upcoming meeting. Attendees will hear updates from Board Members about the ongoing work of the organization and gain a better understanding of key transit issues impacting San Antonio today: Advanced Rapid Transit (ART) and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD).
Additionally, there will be a display of student work from UTSA architecture students, showcasing their designs for a new central rail station for San Antonio. Attendees can enjoy their creativity and envision a better future for the city.
Location: 1148 E Commerce St, San Antonio, TX 78205, at the Powell Law Firm in St Paul Square, within sight of Sunset Station.
Date and Time: 7 PM, Thursday, June 27th
How to Get There: The location is conveniently situated along VIA route #100 and is a short walk from routes #93, 4, 28, and 25, as well as the Chestnut at Ellis Alley Park and Ride. For accessible access, an elevator for the complex is located on Hoefgen Avenue directly across from the #794 steam locomotive. The meeting will be on the second floor.
